Update:
As a tribute to this tradition and the deep bond between these two regions, we brewed a Barrel-Aged Imperial Chocolate Mole Stout. With a hint of heat, lush chocolate notes, and a distinct whiskey character from extended aging in Glenora Single Malt Whiskey barrels from the Western side of Cape Breton Island, it's layered and complex in structure, and utterly flawless in execution.
Cheers to Harpoon, The People's Pint, and all our friends to the South!
