Black is Beautiful is a international brewing project with aims to bring awareness to the injustices that many people of colour face daily. Through this project, brewers pledge to donate proceeds of the beer to local organizations that support equality and inclusion. In Nova Scotia, we've teamed up with the African Nova Scotian Decade for People of African Decent Coalition (ANSDPAD) since 2021 and are the ongoing beneficiaries of partial proceeds from this release, as well as the National Black Brewers Association. 

ANSDPAD is a coalition which is working to see that African Nova Scotian people and communities are recognized and supported as an integral part of Nova Scotia’s past, present and future through community support, health and justice strategies.
