Homebrew Challenge Winner!
After a fierce battle for the top spot, our new reigning champions stepped up with a victory for all of us: a heavenly IPA that spares no punches. Brewed by lucky team winners David Morgan and Daniel Matheson, both passionate brewers with a keen eye for modern beers. Featuring the latest release from Escarpment Labs’ Experimental Strain Program we used their aromatic yeast hybrid Pomona, lending notes of orchard stone fruit and sunny citrus, stepping in as both support system and amplifier for a hop strike that reads like a Hollywood who's-who: Mosaic, Idaho 7, Galaxy and newcomer HBC1019. Celebrities now in their own right, our hat's off to you David and Daniel. Congratulations!
