ONE HUNDRED is the first beer ever brewed with 100% Nova Scotian ingredients: organic barley & rye from Taproots Farm, malted by Horton Ridge Malt Co., our organic hops and spring water, and a wild yeast that we isolated on a pin cherry tree here on our farm. 

Floral and spicy, this ale resembles the white beers of Belgium.
